Spun Me around
I reviewed the Watchtower a while ago and thought it was about time I reviewed the base. This really lends some gravitas to the watchtower, on display on top of a bookcase at home the base mends a good bot of extra height to the tower which really suits the kit. I decided to use some offcuts from previous builds to make some spiralling steps going from the door at of the tower and then around the base to the bottom, this makes for a visually interesting model as you want to see where the steps go as they spiral around from the front of the tower base and down to the bottom. Again I had a lot of fun decorating the base and adding texture for the rocks and foliage I added. You can really let your creativity flow with these kits as there is no right or wrong way to finish them. Another great product.Bryan Hulse (2 Oct 2023, 09:13)
