Please note that the Raven's Perch Display Base kit is NOT included with the house although is available separately.

The design for this brand kit is just a little bit different and heralds another addition to our 'Enchanted Cottages' range of quarter scale dolls house kits, one which will feature fantasy dwellings and magical hide.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The house itself is opened at the rear. It has 7 internal rooms and 3 floors (in main house), 4 floors in the tower.

For the roofing we have used our new pre-cut shingle roof tiles, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the house. The Raven's Perch Display Base Kit perfectly compliments ‘Rave'ns Perch’ dolls house kit. Display Base Kit (RPDB48)- £14.99  Includes: base structure, entrance steps gate, gravestones & assorted fencing.
