Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

• Pre-cut window glazing
• Pre-cut front door
• Pre-cut external vernacular detailing
• Pre-cut roof
• Pre-cut staircase

 Approx constructed dimensions

• Width = 6 cm
• Depth =  4.1 cm (including front porch)
• Height = 7.4 cm (to chimney stacks)
   

Base is NOT included. Bea has used our Extra Small Oval Base
