Please note that the Mill Pond Cottage Display Base kit is NOT included with the cottage although is available separately.

The design for this kit is just a little bit different and heralds another addition to our 'Enchanted Cottages' range of quarter scale dolls house kits, one which will feature fantasy dwellings and magical hide.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

• Precision cut MDF for the dolls house carcass
• Pre-printed windows
• Pre-cut front doors
• Pre-cut external beam details
• Pre-cut water wheel
• Pre-cut internal staircases x2
• Pre-cut roof
   

The house itself is opened at the rear. It has 5 internal rooms and 3 floors
 

 Approx constructed dimensions

• Width = 16.5 cm (including bay window)
• Depth =  8 cm
• Height = 20.5 cm (excluding water wheel)
• Height = 22.5 cm (including water wheel)
   

Please note that due to the design of the cottage the water wheel can only be fitted if the cottage is raised.  A base designed for Mill Pond Cottage is available from our online shop priced at only £11.99 or alternatively you can design your own base.

The Mill Pond Cottage Display Base kit perfectly compliments ‘Millpond Cottage’ dolls house kit. Mill Pond Cottage Display Base Kit (MPDB48) - £11.99  Includes: base structure & pond area. For the roofing we have used our new pre-cut shingle roof tiles, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the house.

Please note that the images show a constructed Enchanted Cottages kit and also a completed/decorated kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit. Launched at Kensington May 2016.
