Built as my 3rd kit and was a treat. I made a rookie error and built it before I'd finished decorating but the size allowed me to finish it well. I left out the stairs as it gave me plenty of rooms and I was happy with how it went together.Jan Rodger (27 Jul 2019, 10:36)

This is the largest 1/48 house I have made, as with all Petite Properties it comes with easy to follow instructions. Once built the house stood elegantly on it's own plinth. On first reading of the instructions I thought the roof might be tricky but all went together beautifully. I used fine dowel and tissue paper to create the finish and once painted it looked great, very realistic. It was nice to have lots of rooms to furnish. Well done Bea another superb miniature marvel. I did this kit as my third Petite Properties kit, and it was both fun and easy to make due to the fact that it has a relatively easy finish on the outside but has a lot of rooms you can decorate to your liking.Linda Brocks (21 Jun 2014, 23:35)
