La Manior Des Saisons is the 6^th house kit to be added to our ‘Dolls House Collection’ range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties…

The dolls house features 8 internal rooms, spread over four floors.  However, the partitions provided in the kit don’t have to be used as pictured and the internal layout can be adjusted to suit requirements.  

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

• Pre-cut entrance door
• Pre-cut external vernacular detailing
• Pre-cut entry porch

The La Manoir Des Saisons has a fully removable front elevation and roof.

• Width = 22.6 cm
• Depth = 14.6 cm (including entrance porch)
• Height = 35.5 cm (to top of chimney stacks)
