Please note that the La Maison De Ville Display Base kit is NOT included with the house although is available separately.

The design for this kit is just a little bit different and heralds another addition to our 'The Dolls House Collection' range of quarter scale dolls house kits.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

• Precision cut MDF for the dolls house carcass
• Pre-cut window glazing
• Pre-cut front door
• Pre-cut external vernacular detailing
• Pre-cut roof

The house itself is opened at the front. It has 4 internal rooms and 4 floors

 Approx constructed dimensions

• Width = 15 cm
• Depth =  11.1 cm (including front path)
• Height = 28.1 cm (to rooftop)
• Height = 32.1 cm (to chimney stacks)

For the roofing we have used our new pre-cut shingle roof tiles, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the house. She has also used our Victorian Brick Paper.
