Garden Room Kit is a beautiful add on to a whole host of our house or cottages

Please note that the Hedgerow Cottage or the Garden Base Kit are NOTincluded with the base.

The kit comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the base.  You can then bring the display base to life as you choose!

So what's included?

• Precision cut MDF base
• Pre-cut structure with removable roof
• Glazing panels

• Width =  8.4 cm (maximum width)
• Depth =  7.5 cm (at widest point)
• Height = 6.7 cm (excluding gates)

Please note that the images show a constructed kit and also a completed/decorated Hedgerow Cottage and Garden Base Kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit but are available for purchase separately.
