Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

• Precision cut MDF kit (for the dolls house carcass)
• Pre-cut windows & glazing
• Pre-cut doors
• Pre-cut porch
• Pre-cut architectural detailing

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof. There are 4 internal rooms over 2 floors.

1 & 1/2 packs of our pre-cut plain roofing tiles. We have also used our Floor Tile paper and our Floorboard paper.
