The Old Lych Gate is part of our 1:76^th (OO Gauge) railway range by Petite Properties…

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

This kit has been finished using techniques taken from Bea's latest bookon exterior finishes and decorated using the following colours from Petite Properties' exclusive paint range:

The Old Lych Gate

Excellent value, good clear instructions, very well finished, looks good on layout even without painting. Shame that a suitable paper roof covering is not supplied, luckily I already had one from a previous project.
