Teacup Cottage is part of our 1:76^th (OO Gauge) railway range by Petite Properties…

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Height = 9.7 cm

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.

Just lovely - I would live in this if i were small enough

decided to build this with the door and cable the other way round - so i can later build another the right way round to make a pair facing each other. Really loved this model its roof details are especially fineAndy Paxton (26 Sep 2022, 16:26)
