Simply the perfect pair of semi detached town houses.

I clad mine with plastic stone sheet and gave it the typical weathered northern stone look. Like all Petite Properties kits some extra work on the finish is required but that's the beauty of these kits which is reflected in the very reasonable price. I'll be putting in an order for more of these so that a whole terrace can be built up.Shaun (8 Sep 2024, 04:06)

This kit is a cracker, with loads of detailing parts. I always put my external wallpaper finish on first and cut out the window holes, and then glue in the windows. The vestibule is finished next as a separate moduleRoger (13 Oct 2018, 10:09)

Bought one of these kits at Doncaster Show because I was very impressed with what was on display and that has not changed. The kit comprises of card and hard fibre boardand which is very finely laser cut, very easily put together and when made up the detailed building is excellent. However while the instructions are easy to follow what they do not advise you to do is decorate some of the parts before putting together i.e the outside walls before the bay windows and detailing are put on and especially the inside of the entrance vestibules. I painted mine afterwards. the instructions do mention decorating at the end of the fitting instructions but I feel that this should be stressed before the you start and even what should be painted before they are put on to the main walls. My resultant building really looks good and I shall certainly be going back for more Tony Finch (23 Mar 2017, 14:46)
