1/76th Butterwick House (LOW RELIEF)

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions. The instructions also include information about the techniques and materials that Bea used to finish her master model of this kit. However, you can of course finish this model building using whatever materials/techniques you choose.

This kit includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, printed glazing & door and features an aperture in the base to allow for internal lighting, if required.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from high density card.

Approx constructed dimensions:

• Width = 5.9 cm
• Depth = 5.4 cm
• Height = 16.3 cm (to the tops of the chimney pots)
