Specification

Harper's Yard is part of our 1:76th (OO Gauge) railway range by Petite Properties… 

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The kit also includes pre-cut external vernacular detailing, glazing & doors and features an aperture in the base for lighting.

The main carcass of this model is cut from 2mm MDF with the architectural detailing being from a high density card.

Approx constructed dimensions

  • Width =  10.5 cm
  • Depth =  12.5 cm (including rear porch)
  • Height =  8.5 cm

 

Please note that the images show a constructed OO Gauge railway kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
