The Old Lych Gate is part of our ‘360’ Premier range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties…

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

Approx constructed dimensions

Width = 6.9 cm
Depth = 5 cm
Height = 8.4 cm

This kit has been designed to further complement our St Thomas’ Church.

Please note that the images show a constructed basic house kit and also a completed/decorated basic house kit where additional craft items have been used, these additional craft items are not included within the kit.
