Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

The house has a removal front elevation and removable roof for easy access. It has 10 internal rooms & 3 floors.

Semi delight!

2 & 4 Birchwood Avenue

This kit offers many possibilities for finishing. I used the techniques that I had learned in earlier kits to achieve the 'artisan finish' and am really pleased with the results. The pre-cut windows and doors make it easy to finish the structure if one is not sure about starting in 1:48th scale, and the exterior can be finished simply by painting or doing a stucco finish.
