Memory Lane is very special collection of eight individual 1:48th kits which have been inspired by our very own Petite Properties' logo.

Available individually or as a complete street, each property has been named to celebrate a special 'Broadwood' family memory or place. So why not build you own miniature street and bring your memories to life.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property. You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

Wonderful Fun to Do

I had a great time building and then decorating these properties during the first few weeks of lockdown. I used air drying clay to make the roof tiles for some, for others I used tile strips. I didn't copy the colours used but I am pleased with the results. I used a piece of shelving made to look like pavement to mount the buildings on and added a few trees made from clay and foam. I put lights in each house and the effect is magical. The kits were easy to put together and the end product is admired by everyone. April Close (22 Aug 2020, 08:06)
