Product Information
Specification

Marshalswick House is part of our ‘Memory Lane’ range of 1:48th scale dolls house kits by Petite Properties. The house can be purchased individually or as part of the complete ‘Memory Lane’ street scene.

The design for this kit is just a little bit different as it is one of the eight properties which bring the Petite Properties’ logo to life. Memory Lane is so named as each property holds a meaning to Tony, Bea, Mo and Lucy, the PP family.

Each kit within this range comes with a set of full colour, step by step instructions which teach how to construct the property.  You can then bring the property to life as you choose!

So what's included?

  • Precision cut MDF for the doll's house carcass
  • Pre-cut windows
  • Pre-cut glazing
  • Pre-cut door
  • Pre-cut external detailing

The house itself has a removable front elevation and front roof and features 6 internal rooms over 3 floors.

For the roofing we have used our pre-cut plain roofing tile strips, we suggest that two packs of tiles will be required to completely roof the house.

My 1st kit to complete from 'Memory Lane' . It was an absolute pleasure and easy to build. As it is for my railway I built it with a removeable back which was no problem to do.James Nicholson (26 Sep 2016, 20:19)
